Some problems can't ride along in a laptop bag — Wi-Fi that dies in the back bedroom, a printer that won't connect, a desktop you'd rather not unplug, or a houseful of devices that need sorting out. We come to you, anywhere in the CSRA: $99 for the first hour, $45 for each additional half hour, and we don't stretch the clock.

Prefer not to wait for a visit?

A remote support session ($59, up to an hour) solves a lot of software problems the same day you call — email trouble, mystery popups, programs misbehaving. You watch everything we do on your screen, and if it turns out to need hands-on work, the session fee goes toward the repair.
