Moving to a new phone — contacts, photos, texts, apps, and logins carried over, and the old phone wiped clean before you trade it in or hand it down
Photos backed up and storage freed — iCloud or Google Photos set up right, so "storage almost full" goes away and your pictures are safe if the phone isn't
Accounts and passwords — locked out of your Apple ID or Google account, two-factor codes going to an old number, forgotten passwords recovered and stored somewhere you can find them

Most phone help happens while you wait at our shop in Evans — there's no need to leave your phone with us. Please call before coming so we can arrange your visit: (706) 925-0700. Bring the old phone and the new one if you're switching, and any password notes you have.
Prefer to stay home? We do phone and tablet help on in-home visits too — handy when the problem involves your Wi-Fi, your printer, or getting your phone and computer talking to each other. Either way, we work with the phone in hand, in person, so nothing gets lost in translation.
